Shipping and Return Policy

1.  Shipping is 10% of the order total minus hardware, minimum of $10.

2. Shipping is Fed Ex Ground unless requested differently. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Any return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the purchaser, with the exception of manufacturer defects or errors.

3.  Returns are at the sole discretion of SASM.

4.  Dissatisfaction due to design or color are never refundable.
Be sure you know what you are ordering. If elements of design are left up to the discretion of SASM by the customers request, and the customer is dissatisfied, it is still non-returnable.

5.  Customer satisfaction and a high quality product are our top priorities, however, we are a sight unseen customizing business and buyer purchases knowing products are non-returnable except for gross miscalculation by SASM in size (34” long not 54” long), color (blue not red) or design (flat panel not board n batten).

6.  Orders are processed on a first come first served basis.
 
7.  Shipping time is usually 4-6 weeks.

8.  Payment is expected at time order is put into production.
If payment is not received by time order is due to produce, it will be pushed back in line until payment is received. Once order is in production, estimated ship time is 2 weeks thereafter.
