You have just found the most comprehensive website for unique wood country shutters, cottage shutters or primitive shutters, whichever you prefer.  Whether you are in the market for an interior or exterior window treatment, we can customize to suit your design needs.  My shutters also make great cabinet doors and attractive additions to pictures and mirrors.

You will also find other unique decorating accessories, such as benches, bowl racks, mirrors and shelves.  All are finished to primitive perfection.

Many folks wonder, "do you make these yourself?" (that's because I'm a lady).  The answer is "YES".  I make everything you see. Though, I'm not only the fabricator, I'm also the purchaser, the shipper, the secretary, the policy & decision maker, the marketing dept., the customer service dept., the website coordinator, photographer and the janitor!  With God all things are possible.

I cannot stress enough that what you will view throughout these pages are merely ideas meant to encourage your creativity.  Sure you could purchase exactly what you see. ...but know that customizing to your decor is what I'm all about.  

My company is all about individuality. Shutters are not just for the outside anymore! They have become a unique alternative to the traditional window drapes. All of my wood products are handmade and are purposely given a time worn look.  I use wood that has imperfections, such as knots, cracks, gouges and holes.  Please note that if you are seeking a product that has no rustic elements to it, you may not find satisfaction in my craftsmanship.  All I know is distressing and antiquing, that is my area of expertise.  Yes, I do stained only and non-distressed finishes, but they still have a rustic accent.  I just want to be honest up front so you know what to expect.
